Made for the trips you talk about for years

More Australia. Better connected.

A well-planned UHF gives your group another practical way to coordinate on the journey—whether the next stop is down the beach or across the country.

Four-wheel drive travelling along an Australian beach

Beach & 4WD convoys

Keep the crew together

Talk between vehicles on beach runs, access tracks and weekend adventures—without relying on mobile reception for every update.

Four-wheel drive and caravan touring in the Australian outback

Caravan touring & the big lap

See the country. Stay in touch.

Communicate with your travel group and other road users on long touring days, at rest stops and around changing road conditions.

A UHF is a communication aid. It does not replace road rules, safe driving judgement, mobile or satellite emergency communications, or checking that any manoeuvre is legal and safe.

A setup that suits how you travel

Start with the outcome—not a wall of radio models.

We’ll narrow the options using your vehicle, terrain and mounting position, then recommend a complete fitted package for review.

Good questions

Before you request a quote

Do I need to know which antenna I need?

No. Tell us whether you mainly travel on highways, mixed touring routes, hills or off-road tracks and we’ll recommend a suitable starting option.

Can you fit a UHF without a bullbar?

Often, yes. Depending on the vehicle, a bonnet bracket or another suitable mounting solution may be available. A clear vehicle photo can help us confirm it.

Can I choose between GME and Uniden?

Yes. Select a preferred brand or ask us to recommend the best package for your use and budget.

Will a UHF make overtaking a truck safe?

A UHF can help road users communicate, but it does not make an overtaking manoeuvre safe by itself. Always follow the road rules, maintain clear visibility and only overtake when you have independently confirmed it is legal and safe.

Will the quote cover the complete installation?

Our aim is to quote the radio, antenna, mounting solution and expected workshop labour together. Unusual installations may require inspection before final pricing.
